The primary cause of your water looking green is Algae Growth in you water. The best treatment is to shock the water with HT Chlorinated Granules if you are using Chlorine to sanitize your spa. If you are using Bromine shock your spa with a combination of HT Brom Bank and HT Spa Activator.
